You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Items that are damaged, altered, or missing original tags will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund posting to your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not the result of our error. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product is received and verified.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details and we will investigate the matter promptly.
